Shipping Policy

Lady Rose Specialty Teas, LLC orders are taken 24 hours, 7 days a week and are processed in the order of which they are received. Items are handmade in small batches with love and care and therefore, all orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days, from the time the order was placed. We thank you so much for your patience and commitment to the process it takes to make 100% all-natural, organic, non-toxic tea blends. Herbal tea blends only may be processed within 3-5 business days. Items are shipped on Saturdays only.

During the holiday season, delays may occur, which is out of the control of Lady Rose Specialty Teas, LLC.

You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email when your order is shipped.

All orders over $50 will receive FREE shipping. This will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for delayed packages, stolen packages, lost packages, or packages delivered to the wrong address. We strongly encourage you to contact USPS directly, if you experience any of these issues.
